The fuse is position F39 and should be rated 20A. If neither of the seats work, check the fuse and cabling first, if one of the seats works, then probably it is the heating element's fault (might be damaged if for example kneeing into the seat very hard). Also, set it to max, because at the first setting one can barely sense the heat.

Pressing the button a third time will result in the lowest setting. Pressing the button a fourth time will turn off the heated seats. There are three lights next to the heated seat buttons to indicate what setting the heated seats are on. The heated seats will only work when the engine is running.
